To Manage Your Account

In order to help you complete trades securely and accurately, we may use and share certain details (e.g., name, address, collectibles info) between trade partners. This includes:

  • Generating shipping labels

  • Matching and finalizing accepted trades

  • Providing users with tracking info and trade status updates

  • Photographing, verifying, and documenting items during the middleman process

To Process Payments

  • Charging fees for trade facilitation or shipping

  • Managing Stripe customer IDs and session links

12. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Collectrade app

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Click Account Settings

  4. Scroll to “Delete Account” and follow the prompts
